How reviews & ratings work
Reviews and ratings are designed to highlight tutors who consistently provide helpful, reliable and respectful sessions. As SkillSwap evolves, the exact interface may change, but the core idea stays the same: learners can share feedback after sessions, and tutors can learn from it.
When learners can leave a review
Reviews are only available after a session is marked as Completed. Cancelled sessions don't create review requests.
What learners can rate
- How clear your explanations were
- How well you listened to their goals
- Whether the session stayed on topic and was useful
- Overall satisfaction with the experience
How reviews affect matching
